Rahim Hirji gave a keynote and then joined the panel for “Will AI Replace Junior Lawyers?”, hosted by BPP Law School in October 2026 as the first event in BPP’s Professional Edge series, to an audience of around 150 law students and trainees. On the panel he sat alongside Emily Gill, co-founder of LEVRA; Deborah Afolabi, a legal technologist at White & Case; and Rahim Shamji, founder of ADR ODR International. The Trust runs Woodhouse College and Imperial Maths School, both 16 to 19 academies. The AI Augmented Human Summit, The People Leader
Rahim Hirji spoke at the AI Augmented Human Summit in September 2026, on a panel with David Liddle, Blue Edwards and Andrew J. Turner, on how AI can strengthen human capability while judgement and accountability stay with people.
The organisers’ own summary records what he argued: the risk of drift, where decisions gradually pass to algorithms without anyone explicitly deciding where human responsibility should remain.

Rahim Hirji opened a regional leadership retreat in Istanbul with a keynote, in front of the ANZ leadership team of Kaplan University Partnerships, its partner universities and its priority recruitment agency partners. Reshma Aziz Khan of K’enso Consulting, hosting a Negotiating Humanity session at the Ars Electronica Festival for art, technology and society in Linz, September 2026, closed the morning by reading from SuperSkills: “Human judgement will be the currency that holds value when everything else becomes automated. Not efficiency, not speed, not scale: judgement. The discernment to decide what deserves automation and what must remain human.” She told the audience it was the whole morning in one sentence.
