Privacy
This is the privacy policy for thesuperskills.com, operated by The SuperSkills Intelligence Company Ltd ("SuperSkills", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16651043), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. It explains what happens to any personal information you share with this site, in plain language.
What we collect
The enquiry form. If you use the form on the contact page, we receive what you type: your name, email address, organisation, and anything you tell us about your event. We use it for one purpose, which is to reply to you and, if things progress, to arrange the engagement you asked about.
Analytics. This site uses Plausible, a privacy-first analytics service. It counts visits without cookies, without personal identifiers, and without tracking you across other sites. We can see that a page was visited; we cannot see who you are.
The newsletter. If you subscribe to Box of Amazing, your email address goes to Substack, which manages the subscription. Substack's own privacy policy applies, and every issue contains an unsubscribe link.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We do not build profiles of visitors. There is no advertising on this site.
Where your information goes
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and delivered to us by email. Analytics are processed by Plausible. Both are used solely to run this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for our records of engagements, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email rahim@thesuperskills.com and we will deal with it promptly. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with the date below.
